TERMS
& CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS:
1.
All
confirmed reservations shall be made in writing and should be duly acknowledged
by our Manila Office prior to the guest/s’ arrival at the hotel.
2. Confirmation of room reservation is subject to room availability and receipt of payment.
3.
Red Coconut Reservation Officers have the right to change the above policies when deemed required. Final cancellation policy will be upon the said Officer's discretion.
PAYMENT/CUT-OFF PERIOD:
Full
payment of rooms shall be required prior to guest/s’ arrival at the resort.
Demand for payment shall be in accordance to the payment schedule stated herein
below:
1.
Lean
Season (01 June – 31 October) – payment must be
settled at least 7 days before guest/s’ arrival at the hotel.
2.
Regular
Season (01 November – 19 December / 06 January – 31 May except Holy Week) –
payment must be settled 14 days before guest/s’ arrival.
3.
Peak
Season (20 December – 05 January / Holy Week / Chinese New Year) – payment must be made at
least 1 month before guest/s’ arrival at the hotel.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW:
Cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
1.
Lean
Season – cancellation charges equivalent to 1 night of room charges for any
cancellations received 7 days or less prior to guest/s’ arrival at the hotel.
2.
Regular
Season – cancellation charges equivalent to 1 night room charges for any cancellations received 15
days or less.
3.
Peak
Season – 50% of total room charges for any cancellations received within 30
days before guest/s’ arrival at the hotel. However, we shall charge 100% or the
full room charges if cancellation is received 14 days or less.
CONCESSIONS
The same
rate will apply for group bookings; however, for every 15 paying per person, the
16th per person (15+1) shall be free of charge on room accommodation or
equivalent to half (1/2) twin.
